The Home Builders Association of Massachusetts endorsed Health Services Administators (HSA) of Braintree, Massachusetts to administer our group health insurance plan offerings in September of 2000. Since that time, HSA has merged with Northeast Business Trust (BST) and Massachusetts Business Association (MBA) forming one company.

Health Services Administrators (HSA) serves more than 47,000 companies and their more than 150,000 employees throughout the region. They provide the marketing, rating, enrollment, billing and collection services for the plans offered.

HBAM has two dedicated customer service representatives who handle our plans, which includes enrollment. It is necessary to speak directly with one of these two customer service representatives to avoid being charged an enrollment fee and to insure that you are included in our plan, which does not charge you a fee…you are a member of HBAM and this is a member benefit.

Be sure to tell them you are a member of the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts! They will then ask to which local association you belong.
